Prejeli smo naslednje sporočilo glede razširitve SAP podpore za verzijo 4.6c:

Focused on fostering successful and lasting relationships with our customers SAP has decided to extend the maintenance duration for SAP R/3 4.6C from December 31, 2010 to March 31, 2013. Without this extension all 4.6C customers would enter customer specific maintenance in 2011. So beginning January 1, 2011, SAP's extended maintenance offering for 4.6C customers will be:
• Expiration for 4.6C extended maintenance customers updated to March 31, 2013.
• Enterprise Support Customers: Extended Maintenance for 4.6C will remain part of the enterprise support contract free of charge.
• SAP Standard Support Customers: Extended Maintenance for 4.6C will be offered at an additional fee of +6% (today + 4%).
• PSLE customers: Extended Maintenance for 4.6C will be offered at an additional fee of +6% (today +4%).
